1/4/2012: As the new year has come and gone, the fire department has selected new officers for the fire department for the next two years. We are proud to anounce the new leadership and we can't wait to see where it takes us. To see a list of the officers please visit the About Us tab. This begining of the year, we are pleased to have a handful of our memebers getting their fire certifications and will  join our ranks as certified fire fighters by the summer. Please contact the department if you have any questions, suggestions, or would like any assistance from us in any way. Lets have a great year.

10/12/2011: As we go into fall heading to the coldest part of the year, please remember to change your smoke and CO alarm batteries. Have everything ready to go in your cars emergency kit. If you need help with checking anything or changing your batteries please call and we will come down and help. At the fire station we have begun to winterize our equipment. We don’t have water in the trucks we keep outside. Winter is our slow season but this is when we get our most devastating calls, house fires. Keep this in mind and have a safe fall.
